COMPASSIONATE ACCOUNTABLE LIFE MANAGEMENT
THE CALM STORY
I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and good health. These feelings have informed and guided the core treatments and services at CALM Services. Beginning as a substance use counselor in 2019, my focus continues to be helping clients improve their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health. Everyone Has a Story to Share
Change can be unsettling. We learn how to get by in life through experience and instinct. Sometimes what we have learned is no longer useful and we want to change it up. Counseling is a wonderful avenue to take when looking to make these healthy changes. This often means taking new perspectives. learning new skills, and taking active steps. I can help you identify your intentions and strengths to reach your goals.
I enjoy facing life head on, while understanding we all have our own pace of being. My approach is adapted to meet each person where they are. I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, borderline personality disorder, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions.
Whatever has brought you here, I’m glad you’re here. Your story is the basis of understanding where you are, how you got here, and where you want to go. Using a holistic approach, I honor the mind, body, and spirit connection. With the use of adaptive skills, shared insights and increased awareness, we can work together to help you achieve fulfillment.
"May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears."
